The art of finding balance

Our treatments are grounded in ancient Chinese medicine theory that dates back over 3,000 years. We work with you to assess the best therapies to support your overall health and goals. Explore the drop down menu to learn more about our therapeutic modalities.

  • Acupuncture is the insertion of very fine needles into the skin and muscle at anatomical points on the body to prompt a therapeutic response. The stimulation of the acupuncture points promotes regulation, balance and restoration in the body.

  • Cupping is a practice that uses the application of heated cups on the skin to create suction. This upward pulling allows fresh qi and blood to circulate and can help release toxins from the body. Cupping can be used to treat chronic and acute muscular pain, tightness, inflammation & swelling.

  • Tui na is a form of bodywork informed by Traditional Chinese Medicine theory. Tui na loosely translates to "pinch and pull" and is a form of massage that can help improve sleep, digestion, muscle conditions and more.

  • Gua means 'to scrape' and Sha means 'petechiae.' Gua Sha is a practice that uses a smooth stone or tool to scrap the skin, promoting circulation and drawing toxins to the surface of the skin.

  • Your personalized treatment may include dietary recommendations to incorporate into your daily routine. With proper guidance, the food you eat can be a powerful tool for nourishing deficiencies and restoring equilibrium in the body.

  • Moxibustion is a form of heat therapy which consists of burning dried mugwort leaves. Moxibustion can be burned close to, but not touching, the skin to stimulate qi over specific acupuncture points. This practice can be used to strengthen the immune system, decrease pain and boost your energy.
